| Acura 1987 Great condition ... 1987 Acura Legend 4 Door Automatic for sale, 283,000 on odo. Comes with A/C and heating, power steering, power windows, central locking, electric windows, block heater, new winter tires. New battery, no liens, no parking tickets, new alternator, new exhaust, reconditioned engine, new break lines and pads. There is some rust around the rear wheel wells, but not enough to affect performance. The car has also just developed an electronic leak which slowly drains the battery over the period of a week or so. If you start up the car every 3-4 days, the problem doesnt exist. The car does not currently burn oil and doesnt leak oil as of its last service in August. Ive put about 3000kms on it since then, and I havent noticed any colour change in the oil indicating it has been burned. There is also no water or coloured smoke coming out of the exhaust. I have owned the car since March 2010, and it comes with a consistent service record from the previous owner who was the only other owner. The car has not been in a collision. I have only had to replace the brake lines and cut out some rust out of the exhaust. The rest of the exhaust is fine. The A/C works immediately after pressing the button. The heating can take a full minute when you put it on after starting it up. The winter tires were bought in January by the previous owner and are still in v.good condition with lots of tread still on them, about 6-7mm left, the tread is even which makes me believe that there isnt a problem with balance, alignment or suspension. I bought this car in BC in March where it had one previous owner who took very good care of it, and it comes with a repair warranty until March 2011 in Kelowna, BC. It has taken me across Highway 1 from Victoria, BC to St Johns, NL, literally. I hate giving up the car, but the insurance is expensive as I am an international driver, and I live downtown so I do not need it any more. It is currently registered in Alberta and passed the safety inspectio |
